Eve alternatives for plaintiff firms

Eve is AI operating layer for plaintiff firms (EveOS) for plaintiff firms in personal injury, employment, medical malpractice, disability and workers' comp. Here is what else firms weigh, and what each one is best for.

Why firms look beyond Eve

  • Eve adds an AI layer on top of a case management system, so firms pay for and maintain both.
  • Prices aren't published, which makes early budgeting hard.
  • Pending litigation: EvenUp's trade-secret suit against Eve's parent company (allegations, not findings) is something some procurement teams ask about.
  • Supio's comparison page argues Eve's research library isn't licensed authority (a competitor's claim, not verified).

The options

  1. 1.

    PlaintiffStack

Case management and AI on one record
    Built for
High-volume plaintiff firms in California: personal injury, workers' comp and employment
    Price
$250 per case, every app included, no monthly fee. AI usage is billed separately, with an estimate shown before each run.
    Bottom line
Our own product, listed first because this is our page. It is young and California-only, and it doesn't read scanned records yet.
    PlaintiffStack vs Eve
  2. 2.

    Supio

Agentic AI for medical records, chronologies and demands
    Built for
Personal injury and mass tort plaintiff law firms
    Price
Supio doesn't publish prices; its site sends buyers to a demo. Third-party roundups describe quote-based pricing, per seat or bundled. Ask for the full cost, including any per-case or volume terms, in writing.
    Bottom line
Supio is a well-funded AI platform for PI and mass tort firms that works on top of the case management system you already have, with Westlaw research and a strong records and damages product. PlaintiffStack is a younger case management platform for California PI, workers' comp and employment, with AI inside it. Keep your CMS and add Supio if you like your system; consider PlaintiffStack if you want to replace the system and you practice in California.
    PlaintiffStack vs Supio
  3. 3.

    EvenUp

AI demand letters, medical chronologies and outsourced pre-lit
    Built for
Personal injury firms, from small practices to the largest PI firms in the country
    Price
EvenUp doesn't publish prices. It moved to per-case pricing in 2025 and sells Pre-Litigation as a Service (PLAAS) as a subscription; it reported more than $10M in PLAAS subscriptions sold during testing. Third-party and competitor estimates put a standard demand around $300, rising to $500-$800 or more with add-ons. Treat those as estimates and ask for a written quote.
    Bottom line
EvenUp is the most established AI vendor in personal injury, with years of demand data, human reviewers and now an outsourced pre-litigation service. PlaintiffStack is a younger, California-only case management platform for PI, workers' comp and employment, priced per case. Firms that want to hand off demand or pre-lit work should look hard at EvenUp; firms that want one system of record with AI inside it, run by their own staff, should look at PlaintiffStack.
    PlaintiffStack vs EvenUp
  4. 4.

    Filevine

Configurable case management with the LOIS AI suite
    Built for
Law firms of many sizes and practice types, legal teams and agencies, with personal injury among its core markets
    Price
Not published: Filevine quotes each firm by headcount and modules. Third-party estimates put seats at roughly $65 to $100 per user per month and implementation at $5,000 to $20,000, and comparisons say AI tools such as MedChron are sold as add-ons. A free LOIS tier, LOIS Explore, launched in July 2026.
    Bottom line
Filevine is a mature, deeply configurable platform with a large partner network, a SOC 2 Type II audit and a fast-growing AI suite. PlaintiffStack is younger and narrower: California PI, workers' comp and employment on one record, page-cited AI and a published per-case price. Choose Filevine for configurability and multi-state reach; choose PlaintiffStack for California depth and a simpler price.
    PlaintiffStack vs Filevine
  5. 5.

    Anytime AI

AI agents for complex personal injury cases
    Built for
Plaintiff firms handling PI, medical malpractice, nursing home, TBI and trucking cases
    Price
Anytime AI doesn't publish prices. Its site offers an ROI calculator and a demo, and links a master subscription agreement. Ask for the full cost, including custom agents, in writing.
    Bottom line
Anytime AI builds AI agents for complex injury work, such as nursing home, malpractice, TBI and trucking cases, and plugs into SmartAdvocate, Litify and your existing storage. PlaintiffStack is a case management system for California PI, workers' comp and employment with AI case tools inside it. Firms with complex, records-heavy cases that want to keep their CMS should look at Anytime AI; California firms that want one system should look at PlaintiffStack.
    PlaintiffStack vs Anytime AI
  6. 6.

    ProPlaintiff

AI demands, chronologies and agentic case management for PI
    Built for
Personal injury firms, from solo practices to larger firms
    Price
As of October 21, 2026, ProPlaintiff's pricing page offers a demo rather than listed plans. Earlier third-party roundups reported plans starting at $99 a month for one seat; confirm current pricing with the company.
    Bottom line
ProPlaintiff and PlaintiffStack are both young, AI-first platforms that combine case management with drafting. ProPlaintiff is aimed squarely at personal injury, with an AI paralegal, demand and chronology tools and video analysis. PlaintiffStack is narrower geographically (California only) but ships workers' comp and employment as full practices, at a published per-case price.
