Privacy notice
This covers PlaintiffStack's website: what we collect when you use it, why, and what you can ask us to do. Case and client information a firm keeps in PlaintiffStack is governed by that firm's agreement with us, not by this notice.
What we collect
- When you book a demo: the time you pick, your name and work email, and anything you add in the booking's notes. If you bring your savings estimate from the calculator, it's added to those notes.
- When you use the form: we check your name and email on our server before the scheduler opens. Our server log keeps only your email's domain and which part of the page you came from, not the request itself.
- Nothing from the calculator on its own. It runs in your browser, and its figures reach us only if you bring them to a booking.
What we don't do
- This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or other third-party scripts. The one exception is the scheduler: when you choose to book a demo, the page loads Cal.com's booking window, which follows Cal.com's own privacy policy and may set its own cookies.
- We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
- We don't use them to train AI models.
How we use it
To hold the call you book, run your demo, and follow up about PlaintiffStack. We won't add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
Where it's kept
Your booking is kept by Cal.com, our scheduling provider, and on the calendar of the person running your demo, who gets an email about it. We don't keep a separate copy on our own servers.
How long we keep it
For as long as we're talking with your firm about PlaintiffStack. Ask and we'll delete it sooner.
Your choices
Email privacy@plaintiffstack.com to see, correct or delete what we have about you. We'll confirm when it's done.
