Documents · Case work
Every file read, filed and cited. Folders your firm defines, and summaries that quote the page they rest on.
Each case gets your firm's folders for its practice area, and uploads are filed by their name. Agents read the documents, write summaries that cite the exact words, and build the medical file for a person to confirm.

Documents: questions firms ask
Searchable PDFs, Word documents and text files. There's no OCR yet, so scans and faxes aren't read. A file with no readable text is flagged in the document list, but scanned pages inside an otherwise searchable PDF aren't.
Each case gets your firm's folder template for its practice area, and uploads are filed by their name. Case folders sync both ways with your Dropbox.
Every claim in a summary cites a quote from the file, so a reviewer goes straight to the exact words it rests on.
Agents build a list of providers, visits, bills and missing records from the case's documents, and a person confirms it before the case relies on it.
